Progress in key technologies for polypropylene special materials
Recently, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Yinghua has made progress in the research of key technologies for polypropylene special materials (BOPP), solved the problem of “breaking the membrane†and reduced China's dependence on imported BOPP film. Researchers have designed the chain structure of isotactic polypropylene to achieve high-speed biaxially stable stretching, including the presence of high molecular weight fraction, the distribution of control isotacticity, isotacticity of low molecular weight components, high molecular weight components, etc. Major breakthroughs were made in research such as regulation. After the domestic enterprises adopted this research result, the production speed of the stretched BOPP film increased from 170-180 m/min to 380 m/min, exceeding the foreign average.
