In 2008, the district started Keqiao textile industry base keqiao district construction creative design, including a base F5 Creative Park, Keqiao District Science Park, China Textile City Creative Park three blocks. This year, Keqiao District Textile Industry Creative Design Base was reorganized from the original F5 Creative Park, Keqiao District Science Park and China Textile City Creative Park to the “one core, two centers”, namely, the creative building.
